The well-being, safety and comfort of people in general, but his own country's inhabitants in particular... For people to be treated with kindness and mercy and not have to be subject to or fight in war. Things like that. Should he bring it up? He's free to! It might be more or less obvious anyway. Yummy? He could try, though since his desires are all immaterial it'd probably be hard, and Enki's got at least one monstrous "body guard" who'd try to resist any kidnapping attempts. Anything else? Probably not? Enki's desires are all tied to that he's practically both the representative of his country's population and his ruler's metaphorical conscience.
